Paying by Credit Card without a PayPal account

Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest. When you get to the PayPal checkout page, please click the "Pay with a dedit or crebit card, or PayPal Credit" link at the bottom of the right column and follow the instructions.

PayPal issues

You've reached the PayPal payment page but PayPal is not letting you proceed. What to do?

Please record the error given and see if the following was the case:

  • The shipping address was not accepted: please check the spelling of your address and/or change it to the preferred USPS spelling which can be found by doing a Zip Code check on usps.com. You can change your information by clicking on 'My Account' in the Store.

If this doesn't help, please let the GNRHS Webmaster know at gngoat@gnrhs.org and give him as much information as possible of what went wrong and the error(s) encountered so he can investigate further.

Registering as a GNRHS Member

You can find your Membership Number on your Membership Card, your Membership Certificate or on the Mailing Label of the Goat.

Please mind the following:

  • Low Membership Numbers: please use leading zeros:
    • 73-12 to be entered as 73-0012
    • 81-123 to be entered as 81-0123
  • 2x-xxxx Membership Numbers were changed a few years ago to 0x-xxxx. Please enter them as follows:
    • 20 is now: 00
    • 21 is now: 01
    • 22 is now: 02
    • 23 is now: 03
    • 24 is now: 04
    • 25 is now: 05
    • 26 is now: 06
    • 27 is now: 07
    • 28 is now: 08
    • 29 is now: 09

Activating your account

Please note that after registering it is necessary to activate your account. This is for security reasons. Without activation you will not be able to use your account.

Please look for an activation email which you should receive right after creating your account. If you did not receive this email, please let the webmaster know at gngoat@gnrhs.org.

New Members

After you have received your membership number, please update your account with it. When you place an order, this will remove the 'Membership Mismatch' message during checkout. You can update your account here.

Changing your email address

If you have changed your email address please sign-in to your account using your old email address. Then go to My Account -> Manage Personal Info and change your email address under Customer Info, Billing Info and Shipping Info. Make sure to save the changes. From now on you can sign-in with your new email address.

Large orders

When entering large orders of many different items (like large Reference Sheet orders) you might encounter a slowdown between adding items to your cart. This is due to a software issue that will be resolved with a future update.

If this slowdown becomes cumbersome divide your order up into multiple orders, checking-out each one before continuing to the next.
